Systems since 1994. Michael started as a service
technician and has been Director of Field
Services for 2 years. Michael has been factory
trained on a wide range of machines from Kyocera
Mita, Konica, and Savin. In his spare time,
Michael enjoys music and spending time with his
wife and 3 children.

Supervisor - Springfield, IL
Donnie, as he likes to be called, is one of our newest
hires at NCI Business Systems. Donnie is
currently a Field Support Representative, and
has been gold sealed factory certified on a variety of low
to high volume products. Donnie enjoys spending
time with his new family. |

Matt has been with NCI Business Systems since
1999. Matt has worked in both sales and service.
Matt has been factory trained on high volume
Konica machines. Matt also enjoys golf in his
spare time as well as watching the Cubs. |

Keith is Lead Technician and has been with NCI
Business Systems since 1995. Keith has been
factory trained on middle and high end Kyocera
Mita and Konica machines. Keith is an avid Cubs
and Bears fan. |

Technician
Phil has been with NCI Business Systems since
2000. Phil has been factory trained on Konica’s
line of high volume machines as well as
mid-volume machines. Phil is an avid St. Louis
Cardinal and Ram’s fan. We do not hold that
against him. |

Technician
Jared is a Field Support Representative with NCI
Business Systems. Jared is continuing to build
on his knowledge through out our product lines.
Jared enjoys keeping up to date with the ever
changing information technology and building his
own systems. |
